If you take roids and work out you'll be like most insta gurus and that's that, but to get to the level the rock is or other professional body builders competing it's a big yikes to think they don't live a horrible life I liked your video as always, I just think you took a little bit from the fact of just how much you have to work out on top of taking steroids to get to the size of a professional competing body builder, I mean, all the professional body builders you see competing work out multiple multiple times more than most people would ever think possible in the first place, a reason for that of course being steroids helps them heal faster so they can work out more, but they still work out way more than they should and pretty much live their life sore and endure a lot of pain and stress to stay consistent doing that for 5+ years to get even remotely close to the biggest body builders, most have been at it +10 or more We're not talking about someone taking roids, working out normally for 3/4 years and getting to the sizes you see on instagram, we're talking about the dudes taking roids and on top of that working out retardedly and unhealthily more and doing it for way more than 10 years without slipping up, if you think that's easy then that's a big yikes
