I've never bought that Jeff Cavalier was on juice. He looks natty, he's not very big and being lean all the time makes him look unwell. His channel isn't really predicated on his physique. His 'model' in the form of his assistant Jessie is clearly not on juice and is a hardgainer, he has barely put on any muscle in half a decade of training. I think the accusations were basically sour grapes from YT fitness gurus that resent his popularity.

I just don't think his physique is so outrageous, considering the amount of time he's been training and the fact that he knows a hell of a lot more than your average guy whining that he can't get big. People really need to stop obsessing over social media pictures, Christ sakes. I lift less than any other guy I see at my gym, by a healthy amount, and I'm not all bent out of shape over it. I think Pure Bullfit did a good video on the whole Cavaliere thing when it came out.

People nowadays start juicing so early even here in a small local gym the town itself here has like 8.000 people living here and some teens are like 16-17 and alreadys tarted. When I talk about it others are like "he's to young to juice" and I'm like "hey I have a friend we where together in class and he started sipping on that capri sun at 15 years old when she was in 9th grade."
