You made fun of a man who overcame severe childhood trauma and Obesity, who became a Navy Seal (Something that neither you, I, or most of us could ever achieve) while demonstrating drown-proof training which is literally a physical demonstration of his lessons on overcoming challenges.

You are quite humorous, mr. Philion, and I think Goggins would probably laugh at some of your jokes. He is an incredible human being, and I suppose that maybe 1 percent of the human population could even compete with him in his athletic endeavors. He used to be scared of the water, couldn't swim, had negative buoyancy, but he overcame it and learned how to swim, conquering that major fear in his life. He went through hell growing up, few of us could ever imagine such a nightmare of a childhood. He pushes himself as hard as possible every day in his workouts, as it keeps himself disciplined, and focused, on progressing forward and improving daily, and not digressing and retreating mentally or physically. He is a hero to me, and many thousands, a true inspiration to reach your greatest abilities and potentials. With obesity being the number one cause of death in this country, and dependence on drugs and alcohol to cope with the challenges of life rampant, I find Goggins a true hero and motivation to be the best and most productive, and toughest individual that I can be. Toughness is vitally important, in a world where assault, rape, murder, and robbery occur on a daily basis. Goggins is a great warrior, and I would encourage every human being to learn from him, and follow his great example of UNMITIGATED daily discipline in all things, as another great seal, jocko willink, has stated. I hope one day that you will follow Goggins great lifestyle, however, very few of us will equal his total output. You are a very funny guy, philion, enjoy life, and help others, as much as you can.
